Letter from the agents Cooke & Halford at Beaufort Buildings, London, sent to Gosselin on HMS SYREN (1782) at Portsmouth, dated 15 January 1800. It discusses their request sent to the Board of Ordnance for an order to land and take the guns Gosselin has brought from the West Indies by desire of Vice-Admiral Lord Hugh Seymour.
