Page 191 (recto): Barlow remains in London for six months to recuperate from his voyages as a prisoner. He then ships aboard the FFLORENTINE, bound for Venice. They anchor at Texel and continue from there to Norway, stopping on the way to barter provisions with some Danes. They arrive at Bergen.
Page 192 (verso): The ship is loaded with a cargo of dried cod stockfish. Barlow describes the products and people of Norway. Some of the city's merchants are invited to a feast on board. Several local landladies who are owed money by the sailors are not paid in full and they threaten that the ship will not have a safe passage.
