Page 141 (recto): An Island between mainland Africa ("Eithiopia") and Madegascar ("Snt Lorance" or Sao Lourenco), probably Anjouan ("Joehanah", as Barlow writes it).
Page 142 (verso): Barlow describes Mumbai, which was given to the East India Company by King Charles II. The native people live peaceably there; he describes their manner of worship and the women's dress. Crewmen who go ashore trade with native banyas or traders, whose customs and diet Barlow describes.
